Would you like me to help you and your teenager move from crisis-mode parenting to calm structure in just 12 weeks?

Z

Would you like me to help you go from walking on eggshells and managing every detail in your child’s life to feeling calm, clear, and supported as a confident parent and provider in just 12 weeks?

Z

What if I told you there’s a way to stabilize your home, rebuild your child’s motivation, and restore respect without arguments, harsh consequences, or waiting months for support to finally show up?

A way that helps you reduce conflict, create predictable routines, and share responsibility with your child - even if you’re already burnt-out and nothing seems to stick.

You’ve probably tried reading books, following expert advice, attending school meetings, or having the same “serious talks” over and over. Even still, you find yourself repeating reminders, feeling on edge, and carrying the weight of everyone’s emotions.

I get it. I work with parents in this exact position every day. And I’ve helped many high-achieving, high-responsibility parents find a better, more sustainable way.

What my families say

"Before this program, I was successful at leading teams but often felt powerless at home. The 12-week process helped me slow down, communicate clearly, and set boundaries without turning every disagreement into a battle. Our home feels calmer, and I finally feel like the intentional parent I wanted to be."

~ Marcus Reynolds, Chief Operating Officer | Atlanta, Georgia, Father of two, ages 9 and 13

"I was concerned that another program would simply add more to my already full schedule. Instead, I learned practical strategies I could use immediately—in the car, at dinner, and during difficult conversations. The change wasn’t about spending more time; it was about being more present and effective with the time I already had."

~ Priya Shah, Healthcare Executive | Dallas, Texas, Mother of three, ages 6, 10, and 15

"The biggest transformation was in my relationship with my child. We went from short answers, tension, and constant correction to more trust and honest conversation. I still hold high standards, but now my child experiences me as a coach and a safe place—not just another authority figure."

~ Danielle Brooks, Managing Partner | Washington, D.C., Mother of a 16-year-old son

"My spouse and I used to approach discipline very differently, which created confusion for our children and frustration between us. This program gave us a shared language, a clearer plan, and tools we could both follow. We’re more united as parents, our expectations are clearer, and our family feels more connected."

~ James and Elena Carter, Technology Director and Small-Business Owner | Charlotte, North Carolina, Parents of three, ages 7, 11, and 14

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this coaching program for?

This program is for driven, highly-stressed parents of teenagers who are starting to struggle emotionally, behaviorally, academically, or motivationally - and where stress at home is becoming unsustainable. You may be seeing slipping grades, increased screen-time, shutdown or explosive reactions, and more power struggles than you’d like. You want your teen to have support from someone they will respect and listen to, and you want a practical system that reduces your load instead of adding more to your plate.

How long is the program?

This is a focused 12-week intervention, not an open-ended coaching relationship. Over three months, we stabilize emotions, install simple structures, and build shared accountability so your child can take more ownership and you can step out of crisis-mode parenting. You can expect to see meaningful shifts in daily routines, communication, and follow-through within the first few weeks, with deeper stability building across the full 12-weeks.

Is this therapy or clinical support?

No. This is not therapy, crisis intervention, or clinical treatment. It is a structured, performance-focused coaching program that combines youth coaching, parent support, and practical systems for expectations, routines, and accountability. We focus on skills, structure, and behavior in real life - things like emotional regulation under pressure, decision-making, follow-through, and communication. Many families choose to use this work alongside therapy or school support, because it helps everything else actually work together day to day.

What kind of results can we expect?

Most adults experience less daily tension, clearer expectations, and more predictable routines within the first few weeks. As we move through the program, parents typically report fewer arguments, less emotional reactivity, more consistent follow-through from their child, and a noticeable shift from nagging to shared accountability. Teens often show improved motivation, better emotional regulation, and greater confidence in handling responsibilities with less oversight. While every family is different, the goal is always the same: a calmer home, clearer structure, and a teenager who is better equipped to manage themselves.

What is the weekly time commitment?

The core commitment is one 60-minute 1:1 coaching session per week for your teen, plus three parent insight sessions across the 12 weeks. Between sessions, there are short, practical check-ins and simple tools to apply in real life, designed to integrate into your existing routines rather than add complexity. Most parents find that the time they invest is more than repaid by reduced conflict, fewer repeated conversations, and systems that start to run without constant supervision.

What if we’re not sure we’re ready?

That’s completely understandable. When you’ve been carrying so much for so long, even asking for help can feel like another big decision. The free ESAP Parenting Strategy Session is simply a chance to pause, get perspective, and see whether this approach is the right fit for your family. There is no pressure to sign up. We’ll look honestly at what’s working, what’s not, and what it would take to move out of crisis-mode. From there, you can decide if now is the right time to step into a structured 12-week container or whether a different next step makes more sense.
